Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to my city and location?
For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product personally. We are having arrangements with logistics service providers, who shall be responsible for delivering the products at your doorstep.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Subject to Force Majeure conditions Products shall be typically dispatched within 3 days of order confirmation.
While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not gotten in touch with you.
For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time is _1_ - _7 days starting from the day of shipping. The day of shipping is indicated on your product page at the time of order. Please note that we will NOT be able to

If the Order Does Not Arrive On Time
If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please do let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for all orders. On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than meant for. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or security staff members. In the case of COD orders our courier will make two to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. ORGREENCLY reserves the right for not accepting COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products or issued payments promptly.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
No, shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges like Octroi, entry taxes are paid for by us. When you enter a pin-code in the address field while ordering a product, the system will indicate whether we ship to your pin-code or not.
However, we reserve the right to charge any additional shipping cost etc, if need be which will be solely at our discretion.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. If tracking information is provided, you can track your order online by logging on to your account in the My Account section of the website.
If your order has shipped but no tracking information was provided via email, and then knows that your order has been shipped regardless. It can take up to 24 hours to update tracking information. Also, please allow up to 10 days for most standard shipment orders with exception to those special circumstances mentioned in the "Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy" section on this page.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?
Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

What if I have received a damaged product?
We ensure that the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case, you receive a damaged product (damage as defined by the situations in the prior question), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.
What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?
We, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. We do not offer exchanges (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item) and refunds for order cancellations.
Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests. We request the customer to personally be present during delivery to ensure that they check the Products at the time of delivery. Our delivery staff will assist the customers with any questions they have.
However, In the rare case when you absolutely don't like the product nor have some unforeseen circumstances that make you cancel the order, you have to raise the same at the time of delivery. Nevertheless, the following restocking fees are applicable:
In case you want to exchange the item for a different product that is priced lesser by more than Rs. 250/-, then there is no additional charge, but no money will be returned
In case you want to exchange the item for a different product that is priced up to Rs. 250/- lesser than the current item, then an additional charge of Rs. 150/- less the differential price between two items will be levied
In case you want to exchange the item for a product that is priced equal to or more than the current product, then an additional charge of Rs. 150/- plus the differential price will be levied
In case you absolutely want to cancel your order and don't want any other products, then a cancellation charge at the rate of 25% worth of the products will be levied against your order.
Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
Products ordered for delivery on COD basis are shipped only upon verification of mobile number of the recipient, confirmation of the delivery address and availability of the recipient to receive of the goods. We will not ship unless this process is completed.
Products that are normally stocked but are temporarily out of stock.
Items that transit through states requiring special entry permits or Octroi such as in West Bengal, Maharashtra, and Kerala etc. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your order delivery.

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
We provide you the facility of making cash payments at the time of delivery of the confirmed order.
